A bit about Daniel
Chef Daniel Garcia began his career at the age of 15 when he worked at his mother's restaurant. After finishing highschool he decided to leave his home country to pursuit his long loved dream which was music. Shortly he realised that his life was about to change... He started to work in various restaurants in The States as this is what he knew from working in his mother's restaurant, suddenly his passion for gastronomy began to emerge . He continued his career in music while working in restaurants. After a few years Daniel went back to his homeland to work in the prestigious five star hotel "Eurobuiding" where he was awarded several times for his innovation and creativity.
Eventhough Daniel was happy he felt that his studies weren't complete, so he decided to come to Europe and join the famous school Le Cordon Bleu where he was awarded Diplome De Cuisine. After graduating, he worked in michelin star places like "Le Jardin Des Sens" in the south of France, "Memories" at The Langham hotel,"Walnut" restaurant and The Four Seasons and the iconic Firmdale hotels in London. Years later Daniel opened Lorchidee boutique patisserie, a chain of bakeries specialised in the production of high end pattiserie and macaron making. He is known as "The Chef who sold 10 million macarons in 10 years"... Nowadays Daniel is focused in providing michelin star experiences to customers at their own house and he is gracefully teaching all his secrets in his didactic online courses.
